Interested in public health surveillance, data engineering and software development. The work tends to sit across epidemiology, systems and veterinary science.

Currently working on antimicrobial resistance and genomics surveillance. Previously built data and cloud systems for public health programs. Software has been a parallel interest throughout.

Trained as a vet, then research, clinical practice, emergency animal disease response, teaching, and eventually data and epidemiology full time.

Mostly posting about personal projects here. Things built or tinkered with, notes on tools, the occasional intersection of all of the above.
